Former Royal Marine feeling fit again after a quadruple heart bypass in November 2005. Lost about 7kg since taking this sport up in July 2008. More trouble in 2010 with Prostate Cancer. Had a prostatectomy in Sep then relapse in 2012 and again 2013. Now on hormone treatment which is weakening me considerably. Where there's life there's hope.
